When its NOT bottoming out... what is the ride like?  Does it seem to bottom out with ease? Not excessive suspension movement?

If so, you may just need a shorter pinion snubber (aka bumpstop). Here is a link... http://www.stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=609

If the ride seems bad AND its bottoming out... then you may just want to get better shocks in the rear, such as Tokico or Bilstein. Either way, a shorter bumpstop will help to keep it from bottoming out as easily, assuming your shocks are good...

Sincerely,

Above the rear differential housing. Your stock one will look like a big block of rubber.

You just need one pinion snubber to replace your stock one...
