Default dent on crease

last night someone haddinged my car with there door. on theright on the side right near the back light. and they hit it right on the crease so i dont know if it can be popped out. it isvery noticable. i was just wondering what should i do?

I AM NOW AFRAID TO DRIVE TO STORES I MIGHT NEED TO INSTALL VERY VERY LOUD ALARM. BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE A** HOLES AND DONT CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLES PROPERTIES.
