Default rubbing issue????

i have a foxbody with an SN95 conversion with rear disc. i want to put the saleen wheels on the car,i'm debating about putting 18 by 9's all around, or 18 by 9's in the front and 18 by 10's in the rear. the quad shock is reversed. should i have any rubbing or fitment issues??

Default RE: rubbing issue????

my dad has a 93 gt that i just finished a sn95 rear disc brake conversion . we ordered 17x9's for the rear with a 275/40r17 tire . to make a long story short it rubs the rear fender lips. due to the longer axles. he has opted to order 2 new 17x8 inch wheels and go with 255's instead. his car is lowered, but i dont think that is main reason for the rubbing. go to www.northracecars.com for options on how to use 9 inch rims on the rear of your car. hope this helps
