Well....my sixxer is gone. She's been sitting in my driveway while Ive been at school, so not much has happened with her. I went away for the weekend, came back to school, and suddenly my sister has my car! My mom decided that since my car was so reliable, and hers wasnt, we should give my msutang to her. My sister...the one that constantly had problems with her old accord, and her new sable ass soon as she got it. well, i drove the accord for almost a year problem free, and her sable only had 33k on it and ran great. so what do they do? give her my car now[:@]. Im pissed because I had no say in this, so basically she was stolen from me. I wanted it to go to somebody that would appreciate it. I kept the interior basically new, body was spotless! my sisters been in a few accidents, dented the hell outta the honda, miscalculated with the sable and hit a wall...oh, and trashed the interiors on both cars(which i get to clean up both times. takes about 2 days to get them presentable...). So now i get to see my baby suffer that. great. if she survives, Ill buy her back one day. but now i have to sell this damn sable so i can buy a new car

hopefully the sable is the same price as ur stang... tell your parents to match the extra cash it takes to get the sables sale value up to the 7K+ you wanted for ur car...

i dont think that made sense but for ex: if your car was worth 7,000 and the sable is a piece of junk or something or is worth less than your stang, have your parents or ur sister pay the difference. and if they dont, than it'd be something to get FURIOUS about[sm=icon_flaming.gif]

Sorry, I've had two cars stolen and one stripped... so you would have had my pitty. But this seems whiney. Sucks you don't have a Stang anymore. So I feel bad about that.

So did they pay you for it or was it yours to begin with (as in you paid for it)...or what?

They paid cash for it, 12k a couple years ago when i got it. I've gotten it paid down to about 5k, which my sister gets to pay off. yay, i pay off over half and she gets the happy half of it[:@].so I'm getting ripped.

and lilR- i feel like it was stolen from me because i get a VM that basically says "hey alex...your car? well, not yours anymore."

If you had money into it, legally it's yours until you 'fault' on the 'loan'. Fight back. haha

but they said if she ever wants to sell or really fuggs up something(not the car, in her life), i can buy it back or get it back. so that makes me feel a little better

Damn, that sucks then. Have you talked to your sister about this? Maybe she'll cut you some slack....

I talked to her- she told me she would 'try to keep it in good shape' - then asked me if i could fix the drivers side foglight...

That sucks, dude, be nice if you can get it back or whatever you're going to do with it.

Is the loan for the car in your name, or in your parents name and you are paying them back? I'd have them cover the difference of what you paid to get you a new car, cuz thats messed up.

it's not your car unless it's your name on the title.
