I think this kid is yanking my bull sh*t chain. First before I seen it he told me it just has trouble starting and idles rough. When I go to see it and hear it run, the poor stang wouldn't START! It just keeps turning over, very quickly and freely with the strong smell of gas. He is trying to tell me it is just a sensor problem... That's probably a timing chain broken right?

You can test to see if the chain is broken, when he cranks it over pull the distributor cap off. If the rotor spins the chain isnt broken. The crank turns the cam which turns the distributor.
