The fastest mustang i have seen was a 4 cyclender i saw it rip the door off a 2004 COBRA.

The fastest production mustang is the 03/04 cobras, but they can be modded to put out more HP. Best of luck with whatever you're looking for.

The fastest one I seen was in a NHRA race. I think it ran about 6 seconds at over 300 mph. Now street legal its probally a 03-04 cobra with a kenne bell or turbos. 600+ hp.
