The differential is pulled out of the car (took 4 hours to get that bitch out, damn IRS) and the guts are ripped out if it. The posi and new gear will be put back together tonight and everything will be put together tomarrow. So far so good I guess...

you dont have to get on it to feel a hell of a difference going from 3.27's to 4.10's. when he does though, wont be able to get the smile off his face!
