Hey guys! Im new to the forums and own a 2007 350Z. Just wanted to say that these cars are pretty quick and have potential. I drag race my car almost every week and hit a PB this past weekend. There was another 2007 350z at the same track but about a second slower. He managed to trap 107 but there is a lot more to drag racing then just stepping on the pedal. Like one of hte earlier posts its not what a car can do but what the driver can manage to do with the car he is given. Granted I have some bolts on now but I managed to hit 13.1@106 stock with drag radials and now with exhaust, intake, and 4.083 gears I managed a 12.9@107 this past week. I know theres a bit more to squeeze out after a tune is available. Here is my timeslip from the day.
was wrong with him sharing some drag experience and proving his E.T slip ?
Maybe I did come off alittle rude and I do apologize, but it seems like every few weeks this thread is brought back by another "NEW" 350Z owner on this site. I'm beginning to think they go back to the Z forums and tell different members to come here and post in this thread.

On side note there was beatiful GT500 at the track that was modified beyond my dreams that was running 9 second passes @ 148+mph
LOL Boy you picked a wonderful thread to revive. Start a new thread with your times and timeslips pics and dont decribe your car as more sophistcated. Thats already been tried and didn't go over to well.S/S is a good place to share your drag race experiences.

Roll racing isn't racing. Its just 2 retards speeding together!
Im sorry but is this not the street/strip forums? I just wanted to post my drag experiences with the similar car that was being discussed. But like I said I doupt many 350z's will run the same times as I have seen the same cars run high 13's-low 14's.

Like I already posted, I came off as a d*ck, and I do apologize. We all know the new 07 Z's are about a 1/2 second faster than previous years due to the new powerplant under the hood. The reason why I said what I did is because we've had quite a few Z owners come on here and open this thread back up and now you see the 13 pages of hell.
