76 Cobra II 302 Weight

I was just wondering if anyone knew what my car weighs with a v-8, II.net says that 76 weighed like 2600something or other but i think that is base model with a 4 or 6. Just been wanting to know this for the longest time and didn't want to pay for the local scales if someone had an idea.

if the weight of the base 2 with a 6 in it is 2600 then just add 150-200lbs

2800 pounds. II's are light, But EVERYONE thinks they weigh "SO MUCH" but they are lighhhhhht.

Welcome. Yep I hate it when people say, "Dude your car is soo heavy!" ..........Really i didn't know 2800 pounds was heavier than your truck...
