dodge didnt screw with the charger name at all, they didnt make it as a copy of the original or to pay respect, like ford did, they are adding to the chargers rich legacy, making new cars that add to how great it is, it is THE SAME EXACT THING with the gto, its a great and fast car but it not like they are trying to pay tribute to the old one,

everyone forgets that dodge made a fwd charger in the 80s lol

yes people bling some out but who really cares,

the autos in those cars are extremly smart and just by driving right, can be made fast

everyone has diferent egos, its just the mustang one is in an entire diferent class, i have had many people ask me if my car is a mustang, you bastards

you are a hypocrite, and are fighting the very thing you hate... you bitch about mustang owners being cocky, and then you come on a mustang site, and trash the mustang...

dodge didnt add to the charger, they ****ed with it.  they didnt make it better, they took away.  they put the 4 doors on it which just suck, they made one option for a tranny, which is stupid.  its more of a luxary mobile then it is a performance muscle car.

and if you dont care that its blinged out, then dont bitch about stangs.  women drive the v6 charger just like everything else.

i LIKE the charger, and the challenger... i dont bash them for fun, but when a POS decids to dump garbage on my fav car, then its something that is done.

you are in an entirely different class, and im sure many charger owners are not like you, but seriously, shut the F*** up before you make any more of an idiot of yourself.

oh yeah and...

ford should make a 4 door soccer mom version of the mustang, and then try to say they are adding to its rich past...

im sure that would go over just great

every car has a theme and a reason for being built... the charger isnt very close to its original theme...

here are some more ricer jokes while I'm at it.....

For all of you ricers;

  • You have more exhaust decibels than your engine has horsepower.
  • You have aftermarket FRONT wheels for racing but stock rear wheels.
  • Your engine makes twice as much horsepower as torque.
  • When you install your super phat wing, you put the pointy ends up
  • You purchase and install a body kit, one piece at a time
  • Your brother is pissed cause you stole the muffler off his dirt bike (it was a direct fit!)
  • Your dad is worried cause you bought a car with less displacement than his lawnmower
  • You put your automatic car in neutral at every stoplight in order to roll it back and try to fool other people into thinking you have a manual transmission
  • DuPont gave up trying to figure out the shade you were asking for.
  • Your mod list includes stereo equipment, shifter handle, MOMO steering wheel, PIA driving lights, exhaust tip, but no REAL engine parts.
  • Your rims and tires are so large, that you have to install the tire / wheel from underneath the car because it simply won’t fit in the wheel well going in from the side.
  • Your sum knowledge of suspension is: “the more negative camber, the better the handling.”
  • You push your car through the staging lanes. That way, maybe you can break into the 16s by keeping the motor cool between runs.
  • You add a super tall rear wing, and a hundred pounds of aftermarket ground effects, neon and stereo yet you gut the interior and yank out the rear seat for weight savings.
  • You think a deep farty noise = the sound of high performance

    I think that is enough....

exactly.  so, you cannot measure 3 lengths being .015 tenths of a second.  I understand you want to make things intersting, but, remember, we are not here to start **** with other mustang owners, and other enthusiasts.  I am still waiting for some charger guy to come running along to call bs on me. Especially if they have more TQ then I.  Obviously, they do not remember they are heavy.  Power:Weight Ratio is a bit** huh?

Actually in races, 1 length=1 tenth slower or quicker. From what I hear.

First off, good kill. Forced induction is a hell of alot of fun huh? Secondly I don't think the SRT-8 is over rated at all. It might be pricy but not over rated. It's probably one of the best looking cars on the street right now along with the mustang. Think about it, a family car that can fit 5 adults and still run very low 13's from the factory is a Bad mother f*cker! And in 20 years it'll be selling on Barret Jackson for 75 grand because of it's low production and street rep.

From straight on view Magnums look ok but a station wagon is not cool.  I can bolt-on or S/C a minivan and still fit 5 adults doesn't mean it is cool.  I seriously doubt they will be at Barret Jackson unless uniquely modded.  We'll agree to disagree. Plus it's a Dodge......ugh!!!!!

I was pretty much refering to the charger but as far a station wagons go the Magnum is pretty bad azz. Station wagons are not my thing. Dont like the magnum, dont like the Mazda Speed3, Dont like the caliber SRT-4. The SRT models that have done well are the Viper SRT-10, The Charger SRT-8 & the Neon SRT-4. I'd say these three have the best chance at collector status in the future. If we're all still kicking around in 30 years we can start another thread about it then.
