We just installed a SW 3" 1 7/8 headers, off road, x-pipe and cat back system, the whole thing. (A real nightware with the bolts on the drivers side)
We have a KB stage 3 and some other goodies to go with later, but the owner needed to take the car with him for a while, so just did the exhaust, we didn't put in a tune or anything because the tune we have is for after we got everything in, the thing is that now, the car is a DOG! may have lost about 100 hp's, no CEL, no nothings, just wont go as it did. (and I'm not really keen on how it sounds either)
I know this exhaust is BIG, and could hurt low end torque, but, by that much???
Plain and simple you need a tune to maximize your HP/TQ. If you are waiting for the FI to be installed you either have to bit the bullet and get a tune or live with it. Your car breathes very easily now and as you know you lose TQ because of the change in back pressure. JMO

Yes, I knew that but I just couldn't believe that it will do that much, the car became a total dog. KB stage 3 is in and the tune is going in tomorrow.

Yeah I installed the Kook's 1 7/8 long tube headers and 3" X pipe then all the way back. My boost dropped to 5lbs. but at the same time I went to the SHM 2.5 pulley kit and the steeda air intake which took me back up to 10lbs of boost and a good running car until the Kenne Bell kit came in. Sensors would be a good thing to check but it you didn't upgrade the boost the tune is way off anyway.
We are putting down about 760-790rwhp and about 850 on the race tune on 100+ octaine. 3,000 miles and on my 3rd clutch. That's truely the only weak link I have found. We are fixing that as we speak.

First I bought a 1000rwhp rated center force. Took out the input shaft out the trans also so I wouldn't let him blow the clutch up. The original that was my idea to, mostly b/c I trailer the car to shows and races so if it breaks no big deal. It exploded in peoria and did the same thing but basically blew through the bottom of the car.
Center force is building a custom clutch for the car. Right now it's setting here waiting. I wouldn't give them a A + for customer service! It's been really poor to be honest. The clutch lasted less than a mile from center force at a price of $1,000.00. No kidding!
I have to add this. link http://www.centerforce.com/contactinfo.tpl?cart=1193936072458161 If you happen to call these guys get ready to be treated like a 3rd grader! He just told me on the phone that he has seen people ruin a clutch just loading the car on the trailer? Said he would winch it. I have 3- 4 car garages and they all have an up hill slope into them I hope I don't burn it out trying to get up the hill? How stupid can these people be? I will take advice anyone in the mid 800's rwhp? If so what clutch are you running?

We installed a Ram dual disc on a 2000 GT twin turbo that we haven't dynoed yet but should be easily over 800, but I don't know if there are dual for this, I assume there are.
We try to stay away from centerforce's lately, spec are excellent clutches and lately we have ordered a Fidanza from lethal, we'll see how it goes.

Hi, no numbers yet, no dyno down here (thing I'm trying to solve with a Dynapack for early next year), beware that thing is one of the loudest things I've ever heard at WOT even louder than when I raced my fox with the open exhaust. I'm in mexico now attending the champcar race I think that by the end of the month I can get more videos if the owner take the car to strip as was originally planned.
