96 style gt vs lt1
i ran into the guy with that white 97 cobra i posted about, bout a week ago. anyway he was with a friend of his with a 95 style gt. it was a 4.6 though. so 96-98. anyway 5 speed, 3.73, cai, h pipe, prochambers, other lil stuff and m/t d/r's. so we all leave where we were talkin and me and him line up at light. lite goes green and he pulls a car through first (im still spinning) i stay the same up to 50 when i finally hook. he let out at 65, and i dont think i was gaining ground.
he ran his car last friday, and best time was 14@97. we are definetly running again sometime this week, from a dig and a roll.
on a side note. dont know if u guys remember me posting about running a heads cam blower 04 gt a few months back. anyway the guy that i ran with the 96 knows him, and he only has a vortech blower! figured i would let u guys know. becuz some of u were saying that is probably all that he had, so there it is.
