That's an odd line around the rear fender of the challenger.

The Challenger and the Camaro don't look as good as the current Mustang to me.  I guess I'm "old school"

The mustang is the best looking by far in it's current state but, the challenger is pretty close to retro , more so then the camaro.....

Me too, I just think the Stang is more authentic looking to its roots, rather than a modern version of a 40 year old car.

BTW, ilmor I just drove the exact car in your sig. Almost bought it, just can't justify the 10K over GT tag.

Yea, they had the actual camaro from the transformers movie there.  It looks pretty sweet, but the challenger looks even sweeter.  Oh yea, these were taken at the great state fair of Texas.

Maybe I'm biased, but I think the Challenger is a little too much like the original.

Yeah, but so will everybody else too.  If/when these go into production, you'll see those two colors all the time.

You are not alone in that view.  Don't get me wrong - it's a pretty car.  But it's too close to the original IMO.

At least they didn't decide to  base it off this

It's just a freakin' concept!
And it's been over a year and it still looks the same! They're showing us a car for all this time that won't look like the final production version. Too say nothing of the fact that we can't get any info about engines, options, or prices!
And the Camaro? They are showing off a convertible concept now because everyone on planet Earth had seen the hardtop "concept" that still isn't in production!
This is such a mistake! As you can tell, after looking at the GT500KR photos, the S197 is starting to get a bit dated. They need to give it a few more differences from the stock base model Mustangs.

Both these photos were taken a year ago.
