any reasons why my front calipers are rattling like crazy? they dont have much movement at all when i grab them and try to move them, but they do rattle, and its annoying, i dont want to buy new ones unless i have to, maybe a new bolt kit will help? also only one bolt can come off, or do i just cut the rubber cover over the other bolt to remove the calipers? i put new pads on it and that did not help, they are in good working order too, my rotors are fine too

Are you sure it's the calipers and not the pads rattling inside them? Are there anti rattle clips on the slides where the pads rest. That's usually what makes noise.

My cuz has the same issue, new powerslot rotors, new hawk pads, new (remaned) motorcraft calipers, new brake hoses, bearings and all the crap that goes with it, and his make a clanking sound when he hits bumps, but the problem goes away when the brakes are applied.
You can actually grab the caliper, move it around and you can hear the tapping noise.  The calipers even came with new rubber bolt guides.  The pads are in there pretty tight as far as the clips go.

No noise at all with the old setup.
