Has anyone had problems with their factory boot cover on their '02 GT CVT?

CVT = Convertible

It hasn't ripped, but it seems that when I put it on that it would fly off pretty easily. Its like it doesn't fasten very securely.

Seriously, are the 2 snap-on buttons & the plastic insert the only points to hold it down?
