Really nice. RedPony calipers andit would be the best looking Shelby on the streets. I have been trying to convince my Dad the same thing.Hes got a Shelby GT also.Nice Car. Yours looks better.

polished wheels flow with the white and silver much better.....but the black gives it more of a muscular look....thats a tough call.
Looks like the silver's are cruising wheels and the black is when your headed to the track look................:)

I thought the black would look better, but I have to go with polished with the silver stripes on white.

I think Ed hit it on the head....the silvers are moresuited for street / show / cruising, while the blacks are a more racey look. Funny how after a couple of weeks the looks of the blacks are really growing on me.

Blacks look good but so do the polished alum. (or are they chrome?) When you are in the mood for a change just switch. Hardly anything I don't like on these cars... well some. :D

I have a white and silver Shelby....But my real question is Did anyone get a jack and lug wrench with the car?

What a rip off! You paid around $40K for a Shelby GT, with the exact same 18" Bullitts as my GT and didn't get a jack or lug nut wrench(which my car has, including the spare saver too:D). What a shame....................

I understand the GT500 having the inflater kit, staggered tire sizes & very wide-285 section rear tires and 14" front brakesmake it difficult to package a spare saver for it. The Shelby GT has the exact sized tires/wheels front & rear(optional on the regular GT, which have a spare saver/jack/lug wrench). If I bought a Shelby GT I would demand a spare saver/jack/lug wrench. Do you Shelby GT owners think because of the car's lowered stance that that might be Ford's excuse to not include these pieces? My car is lowered(not as much up front as the Shelby GT though) and it doesn't suffer from any fouling by the jack on the frame rails(one of the things I checked after getting dropped springs).

Thats an excellent question..............
I never really thought about it. There really is no reason that a space saver that came with a standard Gt would not have worked but, now that im thinking about it, maybe its because since the GT500 did not have one then the SGT should not have one either because of the cars being in the same stable so to speak as far as Shelby's dontcomewith spares? I really don't know. but, i think if i ever get a flat and have to flat bed it to have the tire takin care of, i might not be to happy. I glad you brought this up because im going to get me a spare and a jack from ford across from me (I work in an auto group) and have piece of mind.:)
