No gear work is being done.  They are finished with my car, and tomorrow they are supposed to dyno it and put a Diablo flip chip in it.  One tune for daily driver and one race tune.  They are supposed to call me when they are through with the dyno and give me some rwhp and torque numbers.  I'll probably have close to ten thousand dollars worth of work done to it.  Hell, the fuel system upgrade costs $3400.00 alone.  The stage 5 half shafts are $2500.00.  It costs $900.00 to install the 3.4 Whipple, and another $500.00 or so for the Diablo Chip and tune.  I already furnished the 3.4 Whipple ($3899.00) and the Fludyne Radiator ($500.00).  They are also installing an IRS Brace,  aftermarket bushings, a different sub frame connectors, installing a new boost overlay, new thermostat, oil change, and 60 lb. injectors......Shoot, I may be have spent $15,000.00 altogether when it's finished...Oh yes, I bought some new 10.5 chrome wheels and 315/35 ZR 17" tires for the rear.  I'm hoping it will be one BAD ASS MUSTANG when it's done.  Wish me luck, and I'll let you'll know how it turns out.  I probably drive my Terminator 95% of the time like it's a six cylinder mustang, but once in a blue moon or whenever a Camaro (arch enemy of the Cobra), comes alongside of me, whichever comes first, I kick it in the ass.......

Congrats! Those are great numbers! I'm jealous.

I'd love to see how much you can get out of it if you push it. Do you plan on seeing what it's max is, or are you just sticking with the safe tune?

I don't know yet how much boost or torque.  I'll know tomorrow.  It should have a flip chip in it that has a safe tune, and a race tune.  I have no idea what the numbers are on the race tune,  I just know about the safe tune.  I'll repeat, I drive it like a six cylinder most of the time, it's just when a Camaro (Arch enemy of the Cobra) pulls along side of me, I will "Stick It To It" because I don't want to be embarrased..............Wish me Luck...........
