In your opinion which hood looks better? The KR or the SS?

and do you know where i can find the super snake hood?

SS FTW!!!!

The KR hood looks a tad cheesy IMO. Maybe it would look better with the GT500 front fascia

I say KR but only w/ the GT500 front end or another good looking front end -- I don't like it with the stock bumper --JMO

Post pics, I don't know the diff. This is the one I just bought. It's being painted this week.

Thats the GT-S 2 hood. Its almost the same as the KR hood but this one wont fit a GT500.

I've viewed the KR and Super Snake side by side at a show. Hands on, full walk-around, the whole bit. I found myself digging the KR more. Not just the hood, but the whole car.

Isn't the supersnake wider intake slots and the KR not as wide? If so I like the SS.. JMO but both are awesome.

SS hood will be available through Shelby Automobiles for $1800 plus shipping. Unpainted.

Actual KR hoods will never be available to the public...and if you could get your hand on one it would be well over $2500.

However Trufiber is making a very close KR copy called the Venom....somewhere in the $700-$900 range

KR hood. Flows better and you can get it from TRUFIBER around the 1st of the year but need to have the front fascia for it to work.
