the shifter is a steeda tri-ax and the shifter knob is an OEM mach 1/ bullitt knob

I ordered that shifter and its in the mail now. Is it a good mod? Worth doing? Any advice for the install?

oh btw order some cobrabob gaskets for it to reduce cabin noise.
