Besides the 17inch wheels, and the hood scoop and foglights, are they any other differences between a GT and a V6 as far as exterior body goes? Do GT's have a more wide front end and lower front or is it the same exact car just with the fog lights , hood scoop, and bigger tires?

Just a correction:
99-00 GTs don't have hood scoops or side scoops, but the 01-04 GTs do. Also, starting in the 2001 year is when all Mustangs have smoked headlamps.

V-6 is for real drivers. Go buy a Jetta if you want gas mileage and a chicks car. Buy a V-8 Mustang if you have no driving ability and need the extra horsepower to compensate and feel like you''''''''re fast.

Leather did not come standard with GT's........and some 99-00 came with 16s....but other then that, thats it.

yep. my GT is cloth. majority of GTs are leather and i had to have the salesman search a bunch of lots to find one in cloth.
oh, nice mustang crash, i love the body kit. hmm so other than the external components being different on the GT and the V6, the body dimensions, are exactly the same? width , height, etc...

Yeah. It's all built on the same chassis. Just some of the plastic body peices look better on a GT. But any bumpers or fenders or other body pieces from the same years (94-98, 99-04, etc...) will fit eachother, whether it be V6, GT, Cobra, Saleen, etc...
