Where do you want to put them?  Why?

On the sides i guess maybe under the seats. Just out of the way so i can either put a rear seat delete or a box.

im pretty sure that you can still put a rear seat delete in without relocating the motors and speakers. all they are is a wood panel covered in carpet made to fit in the same spot as your seats. so if its not in the way of the seats then it wont be in the way with the seat delete in.

No need to relocate for a seat delete AFAIK.
The delete kit just takes the place of the real seat so it's just a clean swap.

Double check just to be sure, but I'm pretty sure that's the way it works.

Where you you put the motor and amps anyway?
You don't want the amps anywhere near the floor because water will occasionally collect back there until it finds it's way to the drains.
