The install was not that hard as long as you have a balljoint press tool. I did not... So I had to call my friends until I found someone with one. I am unaware of the advantages because I did bumpsteer kit, and swaybars at the same time. I do not know how shocks/struts will help me out but that might be next for the suspension.
