The stang is getting some love

. In the new Movie "I am Legend" Starring Will Smith they feature the GT 500... looks/sounds pretty cool.... in the trailer at 1:25 you see him driving the stang... I'm not sure if the car is going to be in a lot of scenes, but I'll be seeing it either way

Yes it will be in a lot of scenes, and yes you can expect the dealer markups on the GT500 to skyrocket, again, after that movie has been released.

And expect the posers to gobble up emblems also.

But good for the guys who already have a GT500...they're value will go up

Looks like a cool movie. I think I would pic a different car if I were the last man on earth.

He also drives a Ford GT, I've been following the movie since they had a TV show on Speed about the making of cars in movies, and featured I am Legend, they show them jumping the GT500 through a window.

great! Now every 6-12 year old is going to think you can drive a car in the air, land and then drive off with it not broken!
Is this movie the Dukes of Hazzard with a darker theme???

And are there going to be mutants or zombies in this flick?
If so I'd have to bail the GT500 for a Hummer!

Assuming he would still be able to get gas from the pumps at a gas station, how long until the gas isn't good anymore? He's been alone for 3 years, that's a long time. And you think a trip to the dealership is a pain...try taking your car in for warranty work now!

Saw the movie last night and the scene with the GT500 was awesome!! There was quite a bit shot from inside the cabin and the supercharger wine sound soooo sweet!!
