Default need info

im looking at a 97 mustang gt,real clean body and interior it has 137,000 miles its going for $4,700 the motor looks good and sounds good its nothing real major but it strugles a little bit might need a valve job or a tune up. What should i do and what els should i look for or what do i need to know about that year model of the g.t
