How much of the yoke should be sticking out of the transmission??? I got a 302/C4 tranny....also what should the measurement be from the back of the tranny to the rear end....(where the u-joint bolts to the rear end) I have about 1 to 1 1/4 in. visible on the yoke and 54 5/16 on the other measurement......the reason I ask is cuz my driveline is hitting the bottom of my car (under acceleration)after I replaced the motor mounts and tranny mounts....I wonder if that pulled the driveline out of the tranny enough to cause this.....anyway, if someone could let me know what the correct lenghts are for both that would be greatly appreciated.....THANKS
