Here's a few links to a couple Freeware (notice theyre legally free, not illegal pirated software[;)]) programs. Feel free to experiment with both! PhotoFiltre http://www.photofiltre-studio.com/news-en.htm Gimp http://www.gimp.org/ Paint.org http://www.getpaint.net/ This is a great alternative for those that want to learn and get into Photoshopping, but dont want to pay or cant afford the real thing.

Gimp is the best IMO pretty similar to adobe photoshop
