Hopefully this will help out someone so they don't get screwed like I did.  Do NOT, repeat, NOT order from MrBodykit.com.  The prices are competitive, but you will sacrifice a lot.  Here is my story:  I ordered a front bumper cover from them.  They will not ship to a business unless you fax them a signed invoice, which they do not advertise.  Then trying to fax it back I find out that they are in Canada, which means I have been making international phone calls. (Expect a Large phone bill this month) Once all that was cleared up, I still couldn't find a place to send an international fax, that didn't charge a lot.  The next morning, less than 14 hours later I found out that I am being deployed with the Air Force to the Middle East leaving in three days.   I called mrbodykit and they decided to then inform me of their cancellation policy.  20% restocking fee PLUS on top of that they still charge over 4% tax.  25% for something that wasnt' shipped and probably wasn't even pulled.  Asked the salesman about it and he told me; "We can either ship it or you can take the hit."  Take the hit?  Spoke to the manager, who was ruder than salesman,  and asked why, and he told me that they don't tell "customers" their policy because people don't usually cancel their orders.  I told him people usually don't go to Iraq either.  He was very rude and an all around jerk.  So rude and unhelpful, like they got my money so F.U.  I can't even imagine if I got a piece and it was wrong or damaged.  Please buy your parts from a reputable company and don't get taken for a $115 ride/ripp off for circumstances that are out of your control.  That $115.00 doesn't include the phone bill, we'll see about that later.

wow!  thanks for the heads up.  That is really lame.

You could probably still contest it on your credit card, I do it with my Amex all the time and have always won.  You don't have to pay them.

I contested 1,000$ with a Delta Airline ticket and Delta didn't do crap.  Got my 1,000 bucks back.

Well, hope everything works out in Iraq, take care.

yea, the canada thing sucks. i ordered some headlights and rear side marker lights. when i got the order it was for the wrong year. so i sent them back. i had to pay the shipping, which they said they would take care of it but they never did. then i guess they ship from a wearhouse in the usa so they dont have to go through customs. so when i sent the package back i shipped it to that address. well no one told me that you have to ship it back to them in canada, not there usa wearhouse. anyways some how the package got lost at there wearhouse, not my fault they signed for the package and i had there signiture. so after about three months and $30 bucks in international calls, they finally sent the right ones.
