I am pretty sure it is Steen Racing in Norfolk.  Their website is steenracing.com.  I am also from the area, here is an early welcome.

Dyno tuned performance http://dtpracing.com/  in chesapeake. I drive from Richmond to go there in my opinion nobody that I have been to can tune a vehicle like Brent Hughes and I drove almost 2 hours to have it done. You will be very impressed with him.

Frank and Brent @ DTP are very cool and informative individuals. Virginia Speed has some items but they are not up on the new stangs last time I was there asking questions. For what you are looking for your best bet would be online from a reputable vendor. Also on a good note, I have been speaking with Lou @ precision powder coating and they are going to start ceramic coating here shortly. He can do black ceramic but he doesnt have the things needed for polishing the silver finish. He says he is about six months out.
