Im not going to extend the stripes over the roof and decklid, i dont like that look, please dont tell me how good you think it would look. Cobra bumper is b/c some b***h hit me and i decided to go with it, my car is going to be a 01 cobra clone when im done, all i got to do is put the seats and new breaks on there, and it wil look just like one except for the hood, also once i get home it will have the power to back up the look. I know you guys arnt big fans of making the car look like something its not, but if you like the look and can get it done might as well do it. Thanks for the comments and suggestions. also im NOT going to put bullitt rims on the car, if i ever do put new rims on it they will be chrome FR500's. Yeah i know what you were talking about code3, the wheels were in response to groundpounder, im currently running the stock tires 245, deff going to be getting some bigger tires when i get home, sorry about the last post, i had a really bad day today over here, thanks for all the replies and keep them comming.
I'm with you, I think the stripes look great the way they are, I would NOT carry them over to the rear either. I do like the Black spoiler, it's just enough on the rear so the stipes don't look out of place on the front

Looks nice. Not a big fan of the cobra rear bumper on a GT but it still looks sweet.
I agree. The car is very clean, but if i saw a GT with a cobra bumper, I'd laugh at it and call it a fake. Someone who knows about cars, especially mustangs is gonna catch that right away.
I dunno, I just think trying to pose your car as something other than what it is, is kinda sad. If you want a cobra, get one!!
Thats just it xRockThePonyx once im done with the car you wont be able to tell its not a cobra, I mean i still got a lot of little things to do to it once i get home, ie emblems, 10th anniversary cobra calipers with baer eradispeed 13in front and rear rotors, 03 cobra seats, the only thing that will give it away will be the steering wheel, im not going to pay 500 bucks for an airbag that says cobra on it for the steering wheel. I say, who cares about the whole Cobra/GT thing. If you like it, do it. I have heard more than my share of people's thoughts on changes I have made to my Stang. Do what you like and until someone else wants to make your car payment.

Straight up! And I wasn't hating or flaming on the rim thing. Please don't take offense. Sorry for offering an opinion when it wasn't aksed for. I personally like the FR500 and 10th anniversary wheels best, I've just never seen anything bigger than 18X9 in a set. I'd put 18X11 or 12's if I could. I have 18X11 Cobras with 335-30's on my hind side, and it's just so cool looking. Gotta go fat! are these what you like?
