Default 2001 cobra wanting more power?

hello
i bought a 2001 cobra about 2 months ago. it is bone stock and now i am looking to start doing work to it and i was wondering which way i should go? i want to sooner or later get around whp but i dont want it all at once, correction i can't afford it all at once. so i was wondering if any of you guys or girls could tell me what i should do to get to this goal. i am going with a slp loudmouth 2 exhaust and a jlt cold air and a pro 5.0 short throw to start off but after that i am pretty much lost with what to do. i know a supercharger will prolly do it but i dont want one until later. i want the sc to be the last mod? any ideas and thanks in advance.

Midpipe, Gears, nitrous, or save up for a supercharger.
