Default electrical problems???

i was wondering if anyone knew what was the cause of this. i am driving down the road at night and my lights just flicker on and off at night. the wiper/dimmer switch??? i know those usually have problems but didnt know if you guys had already had the same problem and could give me a heads up

thankyou very much ok my next question is is there anyone ine the jacksonville, fl that would want to do this cause im not to big on wiring and dont have a sodering gun.

most likely need a new headlight/fog light switch, had this happen in my old 90 GT,only did it with the fog lights on. switch fixed the problem for me
