Are you racing him from a dig or roll and are you gonna spray? If you don't he's gonna rape you, if you do it'll be close, you will probably have him by like a car or so.
I already raced him stock with just exhaust, from a stop we were pretty even till he hit third gear, he had about two and a half cars on me. From a roll around 50mph he instanlly put around two cars and a half on me. Since then my mods are: 75 dry shot Intake Tranny reprogrammer kit
It feels like that little neon is unbeatable. I hope I win.

Going to be a good race. If I had money, I'd vouch for you. If you go from a dig, you better hope you get traction, and if you go from a roll, I'd becareful. Anyway, good luck and tell us your results.
With Nitrous - drivers race, edge to him if he can drive Without Nitrous - your dead!!

YES!! I finally have an SRT-4 guy agreeing with me, LOL. Oh and I seen this white ACR SRT-4 for sale, the dealership just got it in yesterday. I'm gonna take a look at it tomorrow probably.

UPDATE: I got my trans reprogaram.. kit installed now, works great. I decided to not race him yet till I get my 4.10 gears, since he got some mods done to his srt-4. New mods on friends srt-4: Intake Stage 1 mopar fuel injectors Stage 2 adjustable mopar wastegate which I installed. LOL He is running 20 lb of boost now. Stage 1 mopar ecu to be installed After market intercooler to be installed
Will definetly get a video.
Note: Should I race him with the mods I have now? Or should I wait for the 4.10 gears? Things are getting rough.

With his upgrades I would suggest you wait. Otherwise just race him before and after the gears. If you spray with the gears I think you should have him, or be damn close to it.
