If the SRT is on the S0 or S1 ECU and running more than an 18-19lbs spike, hes most likely pulling timing and running slower. Have him back off the WGA a bit until hes around 18-19. He should be able to hold 13-14 with that WGA, and tell him to get rid of that ****ing blue plate. No benefit to those unless you like boost leaks.
If he had any sense about him, he'd be faster than you, but as of right now, hes just working against his own car.
Oh, and to the guy with the 99 GT vert or whatever with the gears and tune...you should be glad he didn't run you. If he had any type of bolt ons, you'd have seen tail lights. Even stock...he'd have probably worked you if he knew how to drive.
I have an 07 GT now with an intake/tune, and if I came across the guy who bought my old SRT4 that was basically identical to this dudes (S1 ecu, S2 WGA, DP/exaust for the go mods, but done properly...) I'd be worried.
