Well... if the engine pic is of yours, you already have a CAI, and possibly a tune.
As for the interior take a look at these types of things and see if you like anything there. http://www.americanmuscle.com/billet.html
Also take a look at this. http://www.americanmuscle.com/99-04-mustang-floor-mats.html
Really just look around on that site and you'll find quite a few things you can do to "improve" the look of your car.
Oh and I just found this, you can get rid of the honeycomb grille if you want altogether or you can get a billet grille if you prefer the look.
http://www.americanmuscle.com/cdcgrelgt9.html and http://www.americanmuscle.com/mubigrkit.html and for the lower grille http://www.americanmuscle.com/mulobigr9.html

And you can always add to the stereo or change it completely if you want, just might be a little more involved than you may be interested in.

wow, learned something new about my car.  thanks!  : )  i was wanting to change the stereo.  i want sirius back in the car.  i was thinking of something that was cd/sirius/gps all in one.  of course, i'd have to have that done.  but i was thinking i might be able to change knobs or something without breaking anything.   you would know this, the new england mustang club says you have to have a fire extinguisher.  any ideas how to attach that to the inside?

If you like the look of billet, here are a couple things I think would look cool.

You could probably find some carbon fiber looking trim pieces too if you like the look of those.

It's actually the material they use, the knobs and such are made from blocks of billet aluminum.

(Most overused comment, but applies) The only stupid question is the one not asked.

very very true!  my last car, Nissan SE-R.  I loved that car.  Just cracked it up too many times.  But that was pretty straight forward.  It was what it was.  Mustangs...geez!  So many changes and mods you can make to it!  So many companies to check out.  For someone like me, with a gvt job, can't really do trial and error.  So I rely on you guys!  the experts!  LOL.
