Default ABS

On my stang I didn't get the traction control abs package but last night when driving in the snow I had to come to a sudden stop and when I slammed on the brake pedal it felt like there was abs (brake pedal was pulsating). I tried slamming the brakes, not to hard a couple times after that and I felt the same pulsation everytime. With normal braking I didn't feel it though. I was wondering if maybe all mustangs come with maybe a one channel abs system.
