Does the Wii really suck?

I am looking to buying a new system and I want a wii but everyone says it sucks...I want a ps3 but to expensive...I am leaning towards the 360...What do you guys think I should get

It doesn't suck, it's just that it's a bit of a novelty. It's great fun for a while, but after a little while you'll get envious of the games that actually look good. I love to play on my friend's Wii, but I'm perfectly happy without it and am very happy with my 360. I'd say just find a friend that has one and play every so often so it stays fun, and get something good for yourself.

360 all the way. Moderate price, large array of games, 3 year warranty, largest online community of the 3 consoles.

the wii is fun for like 45 minutes. i played my friend in madden on it. hardest thing ever. 4 of us played mario party 8 on it. we put it on 50 turns, and it took us over 5 hours to finish. that was definitely not fun.

dont be wii-tarded [8\|] get the 360! Halo 3, Forza 2 and Dirt, look promising. Ive played forza andi it kicks ass same with the halo series, i've even got Halo 3 pre ordered but I dont think im gonna nerd out and wait in line for 12hours[sm=bangbang.gif]

wel i have the wii and love it but i care more about gameplay and not how many eyelashes i can make out on my character cause thats not really that entertaining for me plus you get all the old games from nes snes n64 sega and tg16 and all those systems i have in storage and don't have room for so it works out good. but to each his own i guess, some people want games that look really good w/o any story or gameplay that is FUN and some want games that are fun and don't care if they the best looking

i want to play a wii but everyone i know that has one is gay so i stay at home and play the 360 my biggest complaint with it is that at random ass time itll shut off and the little green ring around the power button will turn red and blink its almost like its mocking me i was playin nfs carbon and i was drifting (and i usually suck at it but i was freakin PWNING) and then it freakin shuts off and starts blinkin at me i threw the controller at it and kicked my sisters cat and talked to some miserable prick in bangladesh who obviously thought i was retarted and didnt have it plugged in or some stupid crap (seriously though, talking to the guy i dont think he actually knows what the 360 looks like) overall its a great console when its not being a pmsing little bitch

EH Get the 360 wii and ps3. Have them just for sh*ts and giggles. Thats what i did but may i say the wii does suck major ass and still has a layer of dust from nov when i stopped playing it within the week it come out.

funny how the 360 took so long to be released, then you hear several cases about the ring of death [8\|] the wii is fun, but i just feel weird standing up and trying to swing a **ing controller around in circles and , while having a glazed look on my face while i'm staring at the screen...kinda like patrick star droolingexcept with eyes fully open uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... PS3 is too much $$$...i guess [&o]. after the PS2/Xbox wave though, videogames started getting more pricey. my77 has a point to just get a badass PC (just don't get it from him unless you want gay porn pre-loaded on your harddrive...just kidding, all was well [8D]) and get games and all that **. yes

someone gave me a wii and i bogth RE4 for it and zelda, very cool games, but thats about the only 2 games they got going for it [8D], i hear other are coming out. i was gona sell the wii on ebay but i wont get alot for it

To me the Wii seems like a lot of exercise...I'm too lazy for it...if I had one I'd get the old style controller for it and download all the classic games... get an Atari 5200[:D] ...I only had the 2600 as a kid[:(]
