His little venture was never "approved" by MF management, and the idea of him turning a buck didn't sit too well. His original calendar projectdied because the production cost was gonna be too high.Then he looked at sourcing it from Kinko's/FedEx for less, and was gonna only charge for the production cost of the calendar.

Let's see if he posts again and/or responds to the emails. Give it a few days. If he doesn't respond, then we'll tally who has paid, and see what can be done.

Also, the guy who owned the German Mustang with the self-cut targa roof was bennihill, not this guy.

Ya know.....I made my own 2007 Mustang Calendar using photosofmy car. It was very easy if you have the software for it. Once it was all printed out on Photo Paper, I took it to an office supply store who put the wire binder on it. Cost me like 88¢.

It is ashamed this guy took your money and has yet to make an appearance or statement as to where's your product. I hope you guys get it settled.

I'll post up the final list to show how much he rec'd. Then y'all can file a complaint with PayPal, showing that he has established a pattern of deception. There's little that MF can do, and I cannot prevent members from sending his personal address through email to those whom he has defrauded.

I'm not sure everyone that paid still posts here regularly. I went back to the original thread about the calendar, and thought about emailing/PMing the people that were confirmed to be on the calendar...making the assumption that they paid to.

This way nobody has to send anybody money and we could still put all of our cars on it!

But thatleads me to my next question, would those pics give us very good resolution? Because I was looking at that"Custom Oversized Wall Calendar" for 18.99 giving me a "widescreen" affect. Or they have the "Custom Wall Calendar" that is just a normal square sized one. How do we know what sized pictures gives us the best resolution for the pictures we upload? LikeI have a photobucket account with a bunch of my car pictures on it. Do we just go to each others photo accounts and pull what pictures we like?

But thatleads me to my next question, would those pics give us very good resolution? Because I was looking at that"Custom Oversized Wall Calendar" for 18.99 giving me a "widescreen" affect. Or they have the "Custom Wall Calendar" that is just a normal square sized one. How do we know what sized pictures gives us the best resolution for the pictures we upload? Anybody that has done this before can you chime in please?

What are your thoughts on this idea? There seemed to be interest before anyway....


I made my own 2007 Calendar with pictures of my 2007 Mustang.....I thought it was appropriate. Anyway, I used the American Greetings Software to put my calendar together then printed it off on Kodak Photo paper and had an office store bound the pages for me. It cost like $1.50 for the spiral piece and a clear plastic cover.
You can make your own, it's not that hard. In fact, I'm in the process of making an '08 calendar now using photos of my family.

I produced and sold over 30 calendars for the 4.0 ********** forum using Kodak gallery. Quality was awesome, and everyone got their calendars!

I just caught on to this thread thanks to OIIIIO's last post and I live in OH and also work in the IT business. I came onto the forum after all of this happened with the calendar, but I havebeenglued toreading this entire thread. I was robbed at gunpoint in Columbus, OH once. I guess there is something in the air there.

Well maybe people shouldn't post things without thinking it over first. I understand everyone is mad about their money. I would be too, butwhy would you send 20 dollars to someone you don't even know anyways? Sorry if I offended anyone, but just trying to save you a bunch a money down the road in case he did decide to sue. Would you want someone posting your personal information over a forum, where thousands of people go everyday? Besides if I remember correctly the moderator told him not to post thisguys personal information on the forum.

We can post his info...he put his information on public viewable websites like Myspace and also he is registered with public viewable white pages. That is his fault! What you are talking about is if one of us knew him and posted his info without permission. But if he posts it to the internet or white pages that is completely legit, its available to be viewed by anyone. By ripping people off on here I am pretty sure that is called checking fraud, a federal crime!

Exactly minor protection act, but whenever you disclose information about your self over the internet it isn't protected if over 18. Look at the guys on the nsx forum that handled a spaming pedofile, think they're gonna get sued? Anywho, I hope you guys get your money back from this asshat.

+1, I want to see someone do something to him as well, I can't stand people like this guy. Until something major happens, keep harassing him through all the connections you found. He picked the wrong crew to mess with!;)

And I highly doubt he has any room to sue anyone here over his info. He stole money from you guys, and listed his info elsewhere, therefore I think his a$$ would get kicked in court.
