The only thing I think ford should have done to the v6's was to add the GT rocker panels, and a chin spoiler, or some sort of ground effect on the front bumper.

I don't know....the rocker panel has grown on me plus the fact that Ford has put it on the Shelby only makes me want to keep it. Not only that, but you don't have to worry about rocks and such nicking your rocker panel paint job.

I would NOT be without it!  Main reason I have the PP is for the traction control in snow season coupled with the 4 Blizzak tires!  Added ABS will give me the best stopping abilities in dry/wet/snow conditions.     Then with the added sway bars with this package, I get to enjoy the country roads providing additonal corning abilities at higher speeds.  This was a no brainer must have package per MY driving applications.  If anything, one would want the P pkg for one's safety in all driving conditons.  Those that do the Track, proven that there is no difference with traction control on or off per MM & FF magazine 06 article.
Please drive safely.

For those of you wanting to add the Pony package grill to their car it canbe done.  You can do it one of three ways:

1. Shell out around $600 for the official ford kit with separeate wiring harness.

2. Buy the Grill from some one of flea-bay and buy the street scenes harness

3.  Buy the Grill from some one on flea-bay and buy the factory harness, relay, fuse and have the dealer program the Smart juction box to run the lights just like factory.

I went route 3  all said and done I had ~$129 for the grill, ~ $70 for the harness and relay, and  $87 to program the SJB once I found a dealer that knew how.  You also need a car with the IUP, TC/ABS other wise you may not have the wiring in the switch.  The factory harness only goes from the Power Dist Box to the drivers side lights.
