Not exactly like my former #59 Extreme, but..........better mileage.

2000 Mustang V6, Red, 32,000 original owner miles found in Autotrader in Washington State. Guys mother bought it and drove 5K a year and kept in a garage. Flawless. Much better mileage than the Jeep or Viper. Just a tad higher than $7000 with $900 to ship it across country.

Don't know much about these 'stangs. Good buy or not?

Welcome back to the fold, now you have to post in the V6 section.....those things actually get up and go.  Kelly blue book says

Excellent $6,935
Good $6,425
Fair $5,780

So you are right at the excellent mark. enjoy the new ride.

Edit,
You should have got in on the deal Jazzer and I had on Ebay the other day, $11,500 for a new Saleen, can't beat that and they are going to deliver it for free.

Welcome back John.  #59 is doing well.  She loves her new garage and driveway (recently resurfaced), but sometimes gets annoyed at the local traffic.  I do take her out for a run a few times a week and she really likes that.  She's all registered in MD, but we're eagerly awaiting her personalized tags, "550 HP".

Congratulations on your purchase.  I don't have any experience with the V6s.  They certainly have the styling we like, if not the zip...
Why did you decide on this one from Washington?

Your car is a HE????? That is very weird. I do not like. Please send him to Trinidad, Colorado for a "special" operation!

I know it has more miles but i would have sold you mine for the same price.  It's way faster and way sexier too.

Could you not find a GT? I know the v6 has better gas mileage, but your gonna cry when you get on the throttle and nothing happens...

BRANT!!!!......never, ever refer to that beautiful, curvatious #59 as a HE again!!!! She is and will always remain a SHE! Clue: Boy's toy's are always female.

Ok, ..... now I hope you know I didn't buy this Mustang as a "go-go" cruiser! Getting 10mpg in my other vehicles is getting OLD! Just wanted a normal daily driver with some good looks as well. And, V6 has enough juice to get out of its own way if needed. Not impressing anyone with this ride, but, gotta have something normal. And, yeah, at the higher-end on price but definitely looks to be a great ride with those very low miles and garage-kept condition.

V6s can be fun. Just throw a turbo setup on.

This is bothersome on many levels.  The fact that a guy refers to his beautiful car as a 'he'.  The fact that nobody has issues with it until a female speaks up - but she names her car Georgia - obviously a female.  And the most disturbing of all, the Trinidad, Colorado sex change capital link.

Thanks Amy for more surprises on the forum! And good luck to Whooosh's car, as it appears #59 will be 'in transition'.

Welcome back.  Not really what I would have bought.  To each their own.  I use my Roush as my daily driver.  I don't mind paying more for gas.
