Just a quick question... A female friend of mine asked if she could join me for the weekend, but I told her I wasn't sure if this was a male type thing. She's a car nut so she'd fit right in. Anyway, it's no big deal either way. If it's ok, and she comes, I'll just get a room (Don't want to impose 2 people on you Doodad). Someone let me know??

I don't see why not. I invited my wife but of course she said no (which is fine, she gets bored easy at the track). Bring her along man. Looks like Tommy is going to make it and we can hang at my place for a bit and then maybe head out to a local cruise night or somthing.
Ok, someones hasn't been getting any lately if I interpreted that correctly! Ha-ha-ha. She's a small girl, probably weighs maybe 100pds if that. I'm not sure if I'm going to bring her or not, I just wanted to pose the question. To be honest, there's nothing better then taking a long drive on the open road by yourself. To have a women sitting there nagging you or something might suck, not that I think she would, but you never know..

well, you can bring her no problem. a female friend of mine will come also but with his boyfriend. if she is OK sleeping in the same bed with you, you guys can crash at my place. Cuz Matt Paul and his father inlaw will stay at my place too so i would have no space for your friend. again, if she is gonna come and she can sleep next to you PEACEFULLY for one night, it is all good, you got a free room.lol

So far it looks like we have the following. 1. doodad 2.Viking 3.4.0stang 4.JD1969 5.GT04pony 6.TommyV8 7.Nvr2old32 8.*Blk_96_Stang_GT* 9.Sidewayz6.0 10.Sidewayz's dad 11.Eddie and his buddy 12.Matt Paul and father-in-law. And at least 2 or 3 of doodads friends from the CMC. Looks like we are going to have a decent turnout. Please post up and confirm that your going.I will post my route from the south tonight anyone along the way is welcome to join the caravan, but I am pulling a trailer so I won't be going really fast (65ish). We talked early about being in the grassy area on the opposite side as the tower. Again look for my black Camaro SS, a blue GTO, a yellow Cobra, a pewter Camaro and an Evo, I think it will be pretty hard to miss us. If anyone has a canopy tent and can bring it that would be great for shade.

I gots the tent
Sweetness, it can go in the Jeep, since the only thing you can put in the GTO's truck is lunchbox. Sucks to have a car that you can't put a dead hooker in.

I've never been to Byron. Do guys often swap tires in the pit area and leave their street tires and jack sitting there while they race, or is that not a good idea? I just want to know if I should drive 300 miles each way on the Nittos (don't know what kind of weather I'll hit along the way) or if I can swap them there.

I put a dead hooker in there before. I had to cut her up first, but she fit.

There are going to be about 15 people with us, not to mention a trailer, and Jon's Jeep. I doubt anything is going to go missing.
