we should be there by 9am in the morning and generally stay till 4-5PM. but people leave whenever they want to most of the time,

We could set up a saturday night meet'n greet if you guys want. Somthing fairly central and easy to get to. I am thinking maybe 75th and Lemont road or even Strat? As far as Hotels go I am sure there are some kinda close by but you could get one more towards where doodad and I are, and just cruise over to the track in the AM.

I used to live in Bloomington IL, but I'm not to sure where Byron is? How from from Bloomington or Chicago is Byron?
EDIT: Damnit, I just did a search on Mapquest, and its about 8hrs away. Sh*t, if it was around Central or Southern IL, I might possibly have made the trip. But I see its way up on the West side of Chi-town.

yeah good IDEA. for those who wanna stay in motel, stay close to where me and JD1969 lives (joliet/plainfield) and we can cruise to track together.
Hell, if any of you wanna stay at my place for a night it is all good. i got extra bed room
let me know.

Lets get an updated list going guys. Also I would like all of us to try and pit together. There is a nice grassy area that has plenty of room, or we can try for the area near the finish line on the tower side. It really all depends on when most of us show up. I have been at both and have no preferance, but I would like to try and figure out ahead of time where we want to be, so others who came late can find us.

so far people on the list will attend. there will be 3 terminator (my buddies) will be there too.
we should pit around that grassy area. i always pit there.
EVERYONE, LOOK FOR 2 ZINC YELLOW COBRAS AND A BLACK CAMARO AND PIT AROUND THOSE CARS!

Sounds good, I like the grassy area as well. For those not familiar with the track this area is on the opposite side as the tower, you need to go around staging and it will be on your right hand side. Look for my black Camaro, doodads yellow Cobra and a blue GTO. I hope everyone can make it.
