1. If you can wire each sub down to 2 ohms. And those amps are stable to that load do that. The paperwork that came with the subs will tell you how to wirea DVC sub down to two ohms.
2. Yes you can. If the total power going through it dosent exceed the maxium of that size wire. You will need a splitter. like thise.

3. Yes. If the amp is capable of it. You should have to connections that are for RCA cables and it allows you to run them in unison. Look at the instructions for em.
