Has anyone installed (or heard anything about) the TCP coilover kit for a 66? Is the handling that much better to be worth 2+ grand or am I better off sticking with a cheaper restified/restomod suspension kit.

(Coilover found at  http://www.totalcontrolproducts.com/features/install/coilover_install/page1.html )

thanks

~Dave~

Unless you are going racing and wont be driving the car on the street, the coil over kit is a little extream. The A arms with the new geometry should do the trick if you still want to drive it on the street. The A arms alone will get rid of that annoying tire "roll over" that mustangs are known for and greatly improve handeling. They mount lower on the shock tower and can be used with standard springs.
