Fixed all cooling problems I had - 8/27/2007 7:09:56 AM    gxszone   Posts: 296 Joined: 12/21/2005 Status: offline Yesterday I replaced my cars stock thermostat with a new 180* one, drained/refilled the radiator/reservoir with a 70/30 mix, replaced the stock radiator cap and installed a K&N filter. Prior to this the temp. gauge would be at the halfway point while cruising and would start to heat up while at idle. Now it barely hits the midpoint at idle and is at the quarter mark while crusing on the highway. A few of you have cooling issues of whcih this could be the solution to Post #: 1
