Default Grinding sound !! Help

Hi there, thank you for reading my question.. I have a 99 4.6 gt 5 speed.. and recently when i turn to the left in my drivers side REAR WHEEL it sound like its gunna rip off bassically its like only puttin 2 lug nuts on and the tire is trying to fall off.. but thats not the case all lug nuts are super tight.. the noise is a " grinding rubbing noise from the rear tire.. mostly only does it when i turn to the left not 2 much going straight.. going down the highway normal only going slow turning left.. wheel bearing??? spider gears??? or something else??
