What kind of brace does that '66 have??

That's a good question!

I have absolutely NO clue.  That car was entered in an MCA event locally and was supposed to be ultra correct and stock.

Anyone here know exactly?

The additional braces that sort of follow the firewall-shock tower brace (pre-export brace) are those used on a 1966 Mustang convertible. Overall, nicely done. I won't get pickey.

Yes, that is a convertible car, so it has the convertible brace.

Yeah, that's the vert brace.  I like how the air con compressor is on the other side of the engine so that you don't need that pulley to take up the slack on the belt.  Damn nice looking engines.  Stuff you see at MCA shows.  But, these are not drivers, they are trailer queens.  What a waste of a perfectly good Mustang.
