Default Pictures of Fun Ford Weekend in Epping New Hampshire

Hello, We had Fun Ford Weekend up here in Epping New Hampshire this past weekend. I couldn't make it Saturday so I can only talk about Sunday. There were 3 memebers of this board at the show CSALEEN a 2002 seriously bad ass Kenne Bell blown Saleen . Very nice guy and a beast of a car. He won Best of Class in our show, Car is very nice...There was my Convertibe Saleen , Gadway was there with his 06 Silver Saleen #900 and his Car is awesome as well. Very nice guy.He can fill in on the details as he did run his car and I think we may need to do an intervention for his wife/Girlfriend as I think he has a new addiction.

We had a guy from South Portland Maine, I thinkhis name was Steve and he had a very beautiful 03/ or 04Saleen Cobra Coupe. I didn't get a chance to talk to him too much but I hope to see him at another show that takes place up neark LakeWinnapissaukee(sp) in September. The guy next to me had a beautiful Silver 2004 Stage 3 Roush Convertible with the windscreen and soft tonneau cover which I really like. His Car was very clean. There was also a very well done up Steeda from Vermont that I lost to Last year at another show and that is ok as his Car is very impressive.

The show had about 180 or so cars. The 3 Saleens that were showing all got top 20 plaques with CSALEEN again taking best of Class. I was surprised the 04 Stage 3Roush didn't get one, his car was nice. There was also a 2007 Roush there but I did not see it, That one I think got a top 20 award as well.

There was also 2 Saleen Clones from Rhode Island. One was a Kenne Bellcar and the other I can't remember. The guys were pretty cool as they came right outand said they were clones. One was a Black Convertible and the other was a a custom Silver Coupe. They both had pretty big motors so they could get it going when needed.

There were some really nice custom cars/ Trucksand a resto mod 65 Mustangthat was beautiful. He won an award as well.
I wish they had grouped the cars together in class so All the Saleens/ Roushes were together. Also Team JDM was therewith 3-4 Cars and an S331 pick up.

I know this thread is worthless with out pictures. My Digital camera is full of Pictures so I need to down load to my laptop then post the pictures of the show. I have abut 40 or so of the show. I will try to get to that over the next day or so.
Anyways I though I would share whatwe were doing up here in New Hampshire this weekend.
Peace.

Nice write up 04#231SC( John) you definatley was up on everything that was happening at the Car Show, you have a stunning car. I also met CSaleen( Colby? Did I get that right?) I didn't get much time to talk with you. You were busy Cleaning you Impressive car as well.

Well for what I was involved in, Friday was street night, just a massive amount of mustangs and other fords giving it there all at the track. Saturday I showed my car, but had to leave early so I miss the Trophy ceromonies. Sunday I was signed up to race, it was a great day, had about 7 runs in, like John said,my wife will be lonely until winter comes around I'll be at the track until snow fly's.
Talked with Carlos Duran with Speedlab and Both Jim's from JDM.

I missed getting Pics of cars at the actual car show, but have a few at the dragstrip, plus some of JDM's cars.

I'll post when I get a chance to resize them.

Regards,
Jeff

Hey Jeff, your pictures are showing up fine in the attachment. I can see them . I have 300 pictures (family camping etc)I need to get off my camera sometime this week and then I have about 40 from the show. It will force me to learn how to use a photo bucket site or something like that.

That was CSaleens name Colby. He knew his stuff about Saleen that is for sure.

Thanks for the pics. Funny to see so many Gull-Wing doors on these rides.
