That was painful to watch, but did I hear the guy in the video correctly? "I knew it." Well if the guy knew it was going to happen, then he deserves the outcome. On the other hand I admire the woman for have the "balls" to take that thing for a spin with what seemed like little driving experience.

I agree with both the above analysis above. That car has an incredible amount of HP and the road was wet to boot. Didn't seem too familiar with the clutch, but power seemed to be the big issue with driver. Looked like she got it going ok, but then got on the gas and rear end broke loose and panicked.

Panic throttle is a problem with all drivers new to high HP vehicles or motorcycles. So it isn't a 'gender thing'.

That guy got what he deserved by putting an uncomfortable driver, male or female, behind the wheel of that beast.

Of course, the video notes that it was a "classic 1967 Shelby Cobra", a million-dollar car if true.

But the real Cobras used aluminum bodies, and we can clearly see that this Cobra has a fiberglass body-- just another of the dozens of replicas available.

....I'm guessing traction is rather difficult with that beast, even in dry and good conditions!! And I thought wheel spin in the speedster was a problem......
