'65 wiring diagram, charging system

I'm looking for the electrical wiring diagram for the charging system for a 1965 model. This is a restoration project and we can't get the wiring right for the alternator to work. The alternator and regulator have been checked off the car so we know its a wiring problem. We have the diagram for a 1966 model and an aftermarket "Pony" diagram but still don't get it and we're short one wire to the regulator. Thanks for your help
