Have you driven it yet? I highly doubt with those mods you'll be takig out a z06 let alone a regular vette.

And I believe just a little over 60k miles.

Yes I have driven it... It has 400+ hp to the wheels. The only thing thats beaten it was a juiced Z06 on Pinks All Out in Washington state. A Barrett Jackson rep wanted to buy the car from the guy to put in their Fall edition. He showed me the letters and the paper work too so i know hes not giving me a hard time. He was part of a race team that was on pinks.. You may not remember but they had an old black chevy malibu or something of the sort with green and black interior.. They were from my town of Federal Way Washington but they raced in like Alabama or some state like that... They lost kuz the driver couldnt connect the tires to the track to save his life.. Believe me this car will bury in the seats in 2nd gear, especially if its tuned at the 4th stage.

even IF the car was capable of running down z06s all day, that doesn't mean YOU will be capable of doing it.  going from a low-end v6 to a 400+RWHP car is like night and day.  just going from my old 98 v6 to a stock 04 GT was a huge change for me.  every time i take my car in for huge mods, i have to re-learn how to drive it again.

Thanks everyone, and I know the 2v isn't anything special, but I actually did something that would help me in the financial situation for school, because right now I do not have a job since I just moved.
And I know it may not be that much faster but I'm happy with the power. It gets me where I need to go and when I want to punch it, it'll get up and go. I'll have my toy when I finish college.

**** those guys. You got something that those guys dont. You put all the mods that they put into thier sixers and they wont even touch you. Are GT's supposed to respond better to mods than sixers. A V8 is fast. Racing is a rich man's war, either you got it or you dont. The one with the depest pocket wins. Good luck and congrats.

Cool car durr, but your other one looked 10X better simply because you had more done, should of snatched your old wheels and chin spoiler.

Yeah, but the wheels pretty much were the selling point for my old car, and no doubt it looked better.
I got more looks in my six, but that's gonna change soon.

no need to get cocky. plenty of mustangs and honda civics out there that will still walk all over you.  stop making everything a contest.

someone: "hey everyone, i got X mod or X car"
xX98StallionXx: "my new car is faster"

someone: "i like my new car.  it's quick and looks nice"
xX98StallionXx: "my car is faster"

someone: "i was bored so i went to burger king and got a whopper"
xX98StallionXx: "my car is faster"

i noticed the change in his posting habbits since he got his car.  VERY cocky.  go into street/strip with that attitude and JD and the others will rip you a new one.

i suppose now he's going to say i'm picking on him, even though i wasn't the first to point it out and have ignored it up until now.
